Nicollette Frank

Nicollette grew up in San Diego, CA, and fell in love with Montana during family vacations and, eventually, a move to Bozeman in high school. She stayed to pursue a B.A. in Psychology at the University of Montana, supplementing her degree with coursework in education and the arts. In 2015, she moved to New Hampshire and obtained a Master’s of Education in Integrated Arts at Plymouth State University. She has enjoyed positions as a preschool aide, a literacy clinician, a camp developer/counselor, a teacher at a Reggio-inspired elementary school, a yoga instructor, and a graduate assistant observing pre-service teachers. Nicollette moved to Georgia in 2018 and is completing coursework toward a PhD in Educational Theory and Practice at The University of Georgia. Her interests revolve around creativity and educational practices that are considered “non-traditional”. She is thrilled with the opportunity to share in learning with the AFK team and families.
